Shipping Information
All shipping is made as soon as possible. For light items like the ESSIAC 30g. bags the shipping & handling is more expensive outside Romania. As a general rule it is cheapper to order more. For example, ordering 1 ESSIAC bag. or 20 ESSIAC bags for Spain costs the same: 25 Euro.

For heavy items like the Kombucco Orientalis KITs it is also cheapper to order more than the orders shipped separately.

For major countryes the shipping & handling fees are calculated automatically by the shop. If the cart tells you "The total weight of your order it too high. Please contact us to see if we can make an alternative arrangement or reduce the amount of items in your basket." then shipping is not configured for your country. In this case please contact us at contact [at] organicessiac.eu and we will set shipping fees for your country. Or, you mau try to log-out and log-in again to try again with a smaller order or with different ship-to country.

We always ship items as parcels by normal postal services.

FAST COURIER is a special service only available in Romania. It means that we will ship your items by courier. Parcels sent by courier will be delivered to your door usually in 24 hours from when we send them.
